When placing order, please provide correct address to prevent your product from being severely delayed. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. 
If you are not completely satisfied with your LashBox By D'ar purchase, immediately email us with your order number at You have up to (7) days from the date product was received, to be eligible for a refund. Your package must be unused (never worn) and it's original packaging. Please include unused product and receipt with all returns as proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will refund a credit to your original method of payment
We also provide exchanges for defective lashes that have never been worn. We are confident you will be happy with your purchase! However, we encourage you to contact us at with your order number, to discuss exchanges and for any feedback.
